Goodbye 2010 Hello 2011

Wow... What a year it has been both Sims related and personally. At this time last year I knew next to nothing of making CC. I'll let my first retexture speak for itself.

That was just in May, less than a year. Needless to say YUCK!! I can still improve a lot but I'm proud of how far I've come. At the beginning of Summer 2010 I set some goals for myself and I met most of them, now at the dawn of a new year I'd like to set some new ones :)
- Improve textures so that MS3B people don't attack me with every retexture :P
- Make my own original clothing!
- Basic meshing?
- Solid at converting
- Release a world (that was my one goal from Summer that I didn't meet...)

I got nothing, no special holiday creation or anything. I didn't even have time to snap a cheery holiday photo! I love Christmas I'm a total Christmas geek (I got it from my Grandma!) I hope you and your families all have a wonderful day today (feels like yesterday since it's 12:07 AM... I stay up too late XD) and fantastic New Year. I am so thankful for your support, kind words and downloads that you've given me. I can't wait to see what the future holds. God bless and Merry Christmas :)

Upcoming Item

I don't normally do previews but this one should be out in the next week ^.^ Merry Christmas! (as if I won't say that 50 million more times in the next 5 days!) It's a conversion of nubie's Butterfly 4 for kids (and toddlers... hopefully, I haven't tested them in game yet!)

Newsea Cynthia Overhaul

Is anyone else freezing right now? I love snow but icy winds are simply no fun :( anyway, this hair... well why don't you just look at the before and after pictures?

Well to state the obvious the ugly bangs are gone :3 It's also shorter and the the back changed a lot. The hair has its flaws though, it has a couple transparency issues (not my fault though I may have made them visible) and the mesh overlaps a little at the top. None the less I'm glad I did it, it came out pretty decent (at least better then Newsea's!) :)









This hair does require the original using aWT's method! Place this retexture in your override's folder. It's a free hair so I want no complaining (In TS2 you had to download EVERY mesh) I forgot this was a free hair... it's no big deal though (and I don't want you making it one!) Thanks to aWT for the texture too.

Announcing Gerbite Island!

I wanted to start a new project so I'm working on a world, it's just a small one as I've always lost interest in bigger projects. Hopefully it will run well on crappy computers :)
