Does this hair work?

Hi, I've gotten a few complaints from people telling me that this hair crashes their game when they select it in CAS. Is this a widespread issue? I've only gotten 2 complaints and there have been about 3,500 downloads so hopefully not everyone has this problem. I don't have problems with it so it's hard to test. MTS Download (find on blog a few posts down).
