Robodl this hair has 12576 polys
Probably you checked with the morphs...
Nice! I only have one question, will I need the mesh/original hair in package form for the new texture or will it override Sims3Pack textures too?
My god I feel like an idiot! Thanks Tum! (now I feel really bad at posting a nasty message on Newsea's wall.....)
To anon : I haven't tested it (I use all .Package...) but it should work, let me get back to you on that
Ok, I'll try and let you know :)
It does not seem to work :( Or I am doing something horribly wrong with editing the resource.cfg
No problem Robodl :B
I have my newsea hairs installed through my launcher, sims3pack. and I just checked in my game and it works with just putting the recolors in my packages folder. I did not edit my resource or make an override folder. But I think that only works if you install through the launcher. If you read down in the comments on aWT's page you see he says something about that working if you install through the launcher. And in my game it is definitely working.
Good to know that S3Ps work! Thanks :)

There are many things you could have done wrong... make sure you
1. have the mesh is your mods/packages folder
2. edited the CFG appropriately
3. Created your Override folder and placed the retexture there.
It worked for me using sims3pack too, i just put at the folder and it changed the texture in the game.
Just as a reference have people gotten it to work using the .package version? I need to make sure it really works for more then just me before I tell people that they need to check their installation....
I am the questioning anon, and thanks for the tip anon, it works now :)
